• Utilize the provided prompt blueprints, video formulas, and generation scripts to produce commercial and personal visual content (images, short-form reels, advertisements, videos) for yourself or for clients.
• Monetize visual outputs generated using third-party AI models (e.g., Midjourney, FLUX, Seedance, Kling, Runway) without owing royalties to Preffinity.
• Restriction: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, scrape, or repackage the raw prompt vault files, markdown archives, or course video lessons as a competing prompt pack or educational product.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payments

All prices are clearly stated in Indian National Rupees (INR). The flagship Master Prompt Vault is priced at ₹999 for lifetime access (promotional discount from standard ₹2,999 pricing). Digital fulfillment is automated instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services of PREFFINITY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kendrapara / Cuttack, Odisha, India.
